the most hardcore modern platformer to date has an equally timeless soundtrack that is a mixture of electronic, rock, and metal. besides the tight ass controls, and attractive art style, the music might be the one thing that keeps you from rage quitting. palehorse666
Crisp 👌
What a wild experience this game is. It's surprisingly funny, as well as freaky, moving, and a lot of other things. It's been sticking with me so far.
The music, while it is pretty short and can get repetitive when exploring a vast area for awhile, is still pleasant to listen to.
And there are a few bangers here! mightyzote
Pure chiptune bliss, Kaufman's soundtrack for Shovel Knight beats and pounds at the listener's ear drums with heart-pumping tracks that push players towards ultimate shovel-based victory. The track 'An Underlying Problem' which accompanies the stage for The Lost City, brilliantly treads the line of being both climactic and encouraging as you pounce on and dig at the foes in your way.
